Charter guests will work with Chef Jenn and a charter concierge to perfect every detail of their theme-based evening aboard. Popular themes include French, Italian, Latin, or a “Taste of the Americas.”

The menu offers a variety of American favorites with a touch of Southern flair. With a ‘Farm to Table’ concept in mind, Chef Scott handpicks the freshest available produce and proteins. Crab cakes and lobster mac and cheese get you started. The entrees include a New York strip steak, pan-seared scallops and blackened chicken tagliatelle which features house-made pasta. Save room for savory desserts such as Death by Lemon or Chocolate Souffle. Along with Sunday brunch favorites, Lulu Kitchen offers the freshest Lowcountry oysters, May River Crab Bruschetta and a Spicy Crispy Shrimp Loaf, to name a few.

Comfort and familiarity are at the root of Chez Georges Bistro & Bar.

Owner George Casalicchio aims to offer a gathering place for families, friends, and neighbors on the South End of Hilton Head Island.

“It doesn’t matter the day or the occasion, it’s a constant,” he said.
