Fresh ingredients combined with an eclectic seasonal menu are at the forefront of Hilton Head Island’s newest eatery.

The menu offers a variety of American favorites with a touch of Southern flair. With a ‘Farm to Table’ concept in mind, Chef Scott handpicks the freshest available produce and proteins. Crab cakes and lobster mac and cheese get you started. The entrees include a New York strip steak, pan-seared scallops and blackened chicken tagliatelle which features house-made pasta. Save room for savory desserts such as Death by Lemon or Chocolate Souffle. Along with Sunday brunch favorites, Lulu Kitchen offers the freshest Lowcountry oysters, May River Crab Bruschetta and a Spicy Crispy Shrimp Loaf, to name a few.

Owner and chef Scott Hastings said he had the Lowcountry’s hot summer months in mind when concocting the delectable lemon dessert. “It’s definitely something refreshing,” he said.

Located at Fresh Market Shoppes on Hilton Head, Hastings and general manager Danny Pustovit have brought a vibrant and beachy feel to Hilton Head Island. There’s seating for 40 inside and 60 outside.

“I want every guest of ours to experience what we have created – exquisite food and drinks, exceptional service, warm and relaxed ambiance,” Pustovit said.
